Data Deletion Instructions

You are in control of the data PosterAI stores about you and your connected social accounts (including Instagram). You can remove it at any time using either method below.

1. Disconnect a social account

Go to Accounts in the app and disconnect any connected account. This immediately deletes the access and refresh tokens we stored for that account, and PosterAI can no longer access it.

2. Delete your account and all data

To permanently delete your PosterAI account and all associated data — profile, connected account tokens, drafts, scheduled and published posts, and uploaded media — email support@posterai.pro from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. We will process the request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

Instagram / Meta data

Deleting your account or disconnecting your Instagram account removes all data PosterAI obtained through the Instagram API, including tokens and any cached profile or media metadata. You can also revoke PosterAI's access from Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites.
