PosterAI Terms of Service

PosterAI is a social-media scheduling tool that lets you draft, preview, schedule and publish content to social accounts you connect (including TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn), and manage that content from a single dashboard.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

To publish content, you connect your own social accounts and authorize PosterAI to act on your behalf through each platform's official API. You represent that you own or are authorized to manage each connected account. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies — including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the Meta / Instagram Terms and the LinkedIn User Agreement — and you agree to comply with them. You can disconnect any account at any time.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant PosterAI a limited license to store, process and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (for example, to publish it to the accounts you select). You are solely responsible for your content and must not use the Service to create, schedule or publish anything that:

• is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive or harmful;
• violates the rules or community guidelines of any connected platform;
• constitutes spam, malware or unauthorized advertising; or
• infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

PosterAI offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by PosterAI and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or brand without prior written permission.

PosterAI is an independent tool and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with TikTok, Meta, Instagram or LinkedIn. Those platforms may change, limit or discontinue their APIs at any time, which may affect the Service. We are not responsible for the availability, policies or actions of any third-party platform, including the rejection, removal or moderation of content by a platform.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any post will be successfully published by a third-party platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PosterAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold PosterAI harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party platform's terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
